We Appreciate the Past, Celebrate the Present, and Anticipate the Future

In the year 1906, a group of bold Christians came together by the guidance of the Holy Spirit to form Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. Prior to 1906 it is believed that this group of believers was having worship services in a railroad camp on Buffalo Creek beginning in 1896. Many of our church records can not be found. Most of the recorded history is from the memories of our members and friends in the Waco and surrounding communities. Several heralds of the Gospel have written pages in our history.
